Properties:
Disperse blue 359 dry powder belongs to the anthraquinone dye, the name is: 1-amino-4 -(ethylamino) anthraquinone-2-methonitrile.Disperse Blue 359 Dry Powder 359 Blue is widely used.
Main Application:
Mainly used for printing, transfer printing, can change the traditional printing and dyeing process, in order to meet the printing quality and improve the original printing and dyeing pollution of the environmental problems.
Produce Method:

1. Ammonolysis reaction: the ethylamination of bromoamino acid (1-amino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid) to produce 1-amino-4 -(ethylamino) anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid batch A-1:24g of bromide, 3g of soda, 0.15g of copper acetate monohydrate, 170g of water and 15g of 70% ethylamine solution were successively put into a 500ml autoclave. After stirring at room temperature for 20 minutes, the temperature was slowly raised to 95-98 ℃, and the internal pressure was 0.5-0.6MPa. The temperature was kept for 5 hours, and the reactants were removed after cooling, and solid-liquid separation was carried out.The wet weight of solid amine was 14.4g, and the purity was 97.76% by HPLC.The ammonolytic mother solution was 193.2g, in which the purity of amine was 91.17% by HPLC. 90g ammonolytic mother solution was separated and applied to the next batch. The ethylamine in the remaining Chemicalbook mother solution was added to 90g fresh water for the next batch.II. Cyanide Reaction and Gradual Washing: Cyanide of 1-amino-4 -(Ethaminoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid and Gradual Washing of Filter Cake Batch B-1350g of fresh water and 10g of sodium cyanide were put into 1000ml flask successively, and stirred for 20min. Then A-1 batch of solid amine and the remaining A-1 batch of ammonolysis mother solution were put into the flask. The temperature was slowly heated to 95-98 ℃, and the heat was kept for 7h.Then wash it with 6000ml90℃ hot water until it is neutral, and collect the washing water as the first grade washing water for the next batch.The dried product was 12.73g with a yield of 78.05%.
